工作职位:物流专员工作汇报:制造部经理职位要求:-在海关物流领域具有三年以上的进出口工作经验（具有从基础开始的操作经验）；-熟悉张江高科技园区的有关海关公告程序; 具有在生产加工型企业工作的经验，具有半导体行业工作经验优先；-具有敏锐的判断力，能时刻与海关检查机关/税务机关/海关保持紧密联系（熟悉各项条款规定）；-工作热情积极，有责任感，良好的团队合作意识，具有专业的职业操守能承担一定的工作压力独立完成工作任务； -本科以上学历; 在沟通和书写中能流利的使用英语和普通话；- 熟练应用相关电脑软件操作，尤其是相关海关系统操作；-持有有效的《报关证》和《报检证》。工作职责:-熟练操作报关单以及进出口程序和订单流程； -在保税仓库电子制造系统和EPR系统中建立和维护产品和原材料的数据信息；-独立操作有关报关单相应事宜；-能通过有效通讯方式（邮件和电话）追踪供应商订单执行情况和海运时间进度；-能每星期的追踪跟新采购单及送货单的执行状态并反馈信息；-对销售人员和客户的要求具有强烈的责任感；-拓展和维护售后服务和物流数据库；-有效的计划和安排仓储和货运；-能协助内部项目的顺利执行；-协助部门经理整理有关仓储物流文件；-工作地点：上海张江高科技园区。Job Title: Logistic SpecialistReports To: Manufacture manager Position Requirements:-4 years above prior experience in Logistics and Customer Service with emphasis on Import/Export.-Familiar with customs declaration process in Zhangjiang High-technology bonded area; working experience in Manufacture Company especial in Semiconductor Company is preferred. -Good sense and relationship with inspection bureau tax bureau and custom.-Ardent, responsible, good teamwork, working priority skills and can work under pressure-Bachelor degree above; Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, especially in writing, oral;- Familiar with PC software usage, Custom system preferred- Must be taken the effectively & Responsibilities:-Executes the daily operations of customs declaration, distribution, import/export and order processing systems. -Set up and maintain product and material data in the customs bonded manufacturing electronically system and ERP system. -Handle customs declaration related issues. -Chase vender OC and shipping schedule by both email and phone.-Update PO tracking and SO tracking status weekly.-Be responsible for requirements of customer and salespeople.-Develops and maintains customer service & logistics/distribution database. -Plans and utilizes truck and warehouse capacity to deliver customer shipments.-Internal planning assistant.-Help Dept supervisor in warehouse management and logistics documents.-Work area: Zhangjiang High-technology area
