职位要求：

Responsibility: -To develop BKM and qualify wet process tool-Analyze encounted process challenges from route causes, and come out with effective solution concept, and communicate well with engineering departments to implement the solution;-Develop tool process qualification plan for beta tool;-Qualify new tool feature and process capabilities; -Working with engineering departments to define and execute reliability test plan for component, sub-system and entire tool. Meet reliability target such as MTBF, wafer breakage frequency, up time and other requirement set by MRS;-Based on process and reliability test data, make recommendation to releasing product from beta tool to production tool;;-Working closely with engineering departments to provide integrated solution to meet the process requirement;-Working closely with marketing department to assist forming MRS for the tool;-Working closely with sales/marketing department to meet and succeed customer expectation step by step for the product in both process capability and tool reliability;-Assist sales/marketing department to collect tool process data and reliability data from customers. Profile: -At least three (3) year experience in wet process development in semiconductor equipment manufacture industry;-Fluent in English in both oral presentation and writing, preferred being able to speaking Chinese or one of Asia Language.-Bs or Ms in EE, material science, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering;
