职位要求：

Responsibilities: 1. Work with Engineering Team, Technology Team to understand sourcing products and component/raw material requirements. Submit RFQ’s and release drawings to preferred and/or approved suppliers that are capable and meet the departments design requirements. Set up the completed supply Chain systems. Build up the qualified supplier database.2. Responsible to purchase all confirmed mechanical, Electrical spare parts, tools requested by engineers and responsible for ordering, reporting accurate information for billing purposes. 3. Need to know the budget planning on each department before to purchase or order all the parts. 4. Understand current regulatory and safety issues and basic knowledge about import/export issues, provide the advise to the management team.5. Efficiently feedback to the required department about the situation and feedback the report to the related department in the listed days.6. Work with Finance Department to follow up the PO ordering, delivery, overseas shipping and payment conditions.7. Good sourcing channel built up experiences, and work closer with Overseas sourcing team, provide the cost comparison list for the products.Requirement:1. BS or equivalent, major in Mechanical, Electrical or Motion control;2. At least 4+ years working experiences on sourcing, negotiating, communication, and purchasing preferred; 3. Honest, Good team spirit, working priority skills. 4. Good knowledge about the Custom, Import/Export regulation is a plus.5. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, especially in writing, oral;6. Familiar with PC software usage, ERP, SAP system preferred.
