职位要求：

Your tasks:-To design semiconductor equipment system includes moving parts and liquid delivery;-Can perform independent design works based on design specification;-Work with process engineer to design or modify the mechanical system.-Perform mechanical stress, strength, and deformation calculation. -Perform temperature distribution, thermal stress, and thermal expansion calculation.Your Profile:-BS/MS degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering-Knowledge of mechanics, material mechanics, and thermal mechanics-Knowledge of electrical circuit, automatic control theory, and control software -Working knowledge of Solid Works 3D, and/or AutoCAD 3D is must. -At least two years working experience in engineering instrument design and development, fresh student is also welcome-Experience in motion control and necessary knowledge of interface between mechanical system and control system.-Semiconductor equipment and tool design and development is a plus;工作职责-设计半导体设备系统，包括零部件传输系统。-根据设计说明书独立进行设计作业。-与操作工程师合作，设计及改善机械系统。-进行机械拉力、強度及变形计算。 -进行温度分布、热压、热膨胀度的计算。职位要求-机械工程本科或硕士学历。-掌握机械学、材料机械学和热能机械学相关知识。-掌握电路、自动化控制原理和控制软件。 -会使用Solid Works 3D和/或AutoCAD 3D软件。-至少两年有关工程机械设计及发展相关工作经验。应届毕业生如条件优秀也可考虑。-掌握机械系统及控制系统相关原理知识。-具有半导体设备及工具的设计和开发经验者优先考虑。
