This position is based in Fujairah, UAEResponsibilities:-Responsible for the shift operation of water desalination plant, RO plant and combined cycle power plant.-Execute the on and off-loading of the generating sets safely and satisfactorily as requested by the Authorities-Assist Shift Charge Engineers in carrying out investigation on major plant defects and/or forced outages; and to prepare reports with findings for rectification.-Supervise the safe isolation of the equipment / plant.-Implement safe working condition in the plant by issuing Permit-to-Work (PTW).-Carry out 132/11 KV electrical isolations under the direct supervision of Shift Charge Engineer.-Train operators in the operation of the plant, auxiliaries and support equipment.-Appraise the conduct and work performance of all operators in his team.Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Power & Water Desalination Plant.Application details:English is the business language.
