职位要求：

Responsibilities1.To explore the investment opportunities and feasibilities analysis on utilities businesses;2.To conduct market research and accumulate up-to-date market information on investment projects;3.To identify and screen prospective new investments that meet the company's basic criteria;4.To organize the technical, commercial and legal due diligence and generate DD report;5.To visit, connect and maintain good relationships with industrial park developers, government officers and potential clients;6.To prepare necessary documents such as Investment Approval, TOR Approval and In-principle Approval etc.Requirements1.Bachelor Degree or above majored in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related specialties.2.At least 5 years working experience in developing utilities investment projects related field;3.Familiar with the investment forms of BOT, TOT, BT, BOO, etc.4.Proficient in project evaluation, good understanding of utilities investment market and principles in China;5.Conversant in English and Mandarin;6.Ability to undertake detailed analysis and to make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations to VP-BD;7.Be good at communicating and coordination relationships with government and clients;8.Like travels;9.proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;10.Integrity, honest, autonomy11.open minded, proactive
