Responsibilities:1.To explore investment opportunities and feasibilities on the acquisition and development of hydropower projects.2.To conduct market research and accumulate up-to-date market information on hydropower project investments;3.To identify and screen prospective hydropower project investments that meet the company’s basic criteria;4.To organize the technical, commercial, financial and legal due diligence and generate due diligence reports; 5.To draft Term of Reference and Board Paper for hydropower project investments; 6.To follow up with the investment approval process within the company;7.To participate in the investment and agreement negotiation in terms of the project acquisition. 8.To develop and maintain cordial relationships with government and clients;9.To develop good relationships with potential partners to facilitate project acquisition and development process.Requirements1.Bachelor Degree or above; study in hydropower project is a plus. 2.At least 5 years working experience in hydropower projects. Must be very familiar with the hydropower industry in China.3.Familiar with the investment forms of BOT, BOO, etc in China.4.Proficient in project evaluation, good understanding of hydropower project investment market and principles in China;5.Fluent in English and Mandarin;6.Ability to undertake detailed analyses and to make well-reasoned, decisive recommendations to senior management;7.Be good at communication and coordination of relationships with government and clients;8.Good at using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;9.Be able to travel at short notice and be able to work under harsh conditions;10.Integrity and autonomy11.Open minded, proactive and extrovert.
