职位要求：

Responsibilities:1.Review Customer Specifications, Proposal and Order write up;2.Prepare preliminary schedule;3.Lead design team for assigned project4.Manage client expectation for design and approval process5.Lead purchasing team to make and implement purchasing and logistics strategies ;6.Ensure that team harmony and motivate project team;7.Prepare detailed baseline schedule and monitor progress;8.Attend meetings and coordinate with customer/contractor, sales and design;9.Monitor costs to insure budget is maintained;10.Manage suppliers and subcontractors activities to ensure project completion;11.Coordinate with site representative as required to support site activities;12.Coordianate project start up, testing and commissioning;Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental, Mechanical,Chemical, Project Finance or related2.Above 8 years working experience in Engineering field;3.At least 3 years project management experience in an international company4.English - fluent with English in both oral and written5.Chinese/ Thai/ Vietnamese - fluent in any both spoken and written6.Knowledge on Environmental, Mechnical, Material, HVAC, Local and global standards (ASME, DIN, etc)7.Basic Electrical/Control, Ms Office and Auto CAD8. Good communication skills9.Good organizationa and coordination skills10.Technical analyzing skills11.Responsible and able to exhibit leadership qualities.
