职位要求：

Responsibilities: 1.Assist in obtaining quotation from suppliers base on the technical requirements from engineers for bidding projects;2.Issue purchase order to approved vendors;3.Distribution of approved purchase order to the vendor and respective department(e.g. logistics, PM, PE, workshop)4.To monitor delivery performance of vendors to ensure prompt delivery of materials to the company and job site5. Responsible for the tracking of delivery of purchase item;6.Supplier sourcing to establish local vendor list7.Properly document all the PR-RFQ-PO records8.Update Approved Vendor List and status of PO/PO Log/Database.9.Carry out occasional supplier visits to assess their capability.10.Ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures11.Interpreting technical documents (drawings and specifications); 12.Negotiate with suppliers to confirm all the required specification in the supply contract;13.Participate in selecting the most competitive suppliers and constantly developing new supply channels with criteria of quality, cost, services and delivery, etc;14.Source, qualify and develop competitive parts/component suppliers; Requirements:1.Bachelor degree in mechanical, material, engineering.2.Minimum 4 years as engineer.3. 2 years above of related material or equipment purchasing experience;4.Chinese &English- fluent in spoken and written5. Good knowledge of purchasing processes/procedure6. Good knowledge of cost drivers and cost calculation7. Familiar with specificaton and technical requirements about all kinds of plastic piping and fittings, valves, chemical pumps, fans, instrument and control units.8. Familiar with international material standards (e.g. ASTM, BS, DIN, EN)9. Strong negotiation ablity and communication skills (internal and external);10.Good analytical skills and problem solving capability (esp for urgent case);11.Good PC skills in word, excel etc.12.Available vendor network is preferred13.German - advantageous
