职位要求：

Responsibilities: 1. Assist Project Management in structuring budgets and communicate them internally (i.e. for purchasing, site management) 2. Cost monitoring of projects and assist Project Management in developing early-warning indicators and counter-measures to ensure that projects will be implemented within given budgets 3. Timely and compliant invoicing to clients based on project specific requirements 4. Monitor and follow-up of client's payments, propose debt collection measures as and when necessary 5. Assist other internal Support Function Departments (Finance/Accounting, Administration, Purchasing, Logistics) with specific project-related commercial requirements (i.e. bonding, insurances etc) 6. Support Project Management in general commercial issues Requirements: 1. Degree in accounting, engineering or related field from an accredited college or university 2. Posses at least 3-4 years practical working experience in commercial project environment 3. Good knowledge of general commercial workflow and processes in an industrial environment, particularly in engineering/construction related industry 4. Familiar with project budgeting/costing and reporting 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Pro-Active attitude 7. Strong Service Attitude 8. Good analytical skills 9. Good PC/IT-skills (Excel, Access, ERP) 10. Writing and speaking proficiency in English. German is advantageous 11. Working experience in commercial project management of engineering/construction related business will be advantageous
