Position SummaryThe responsibilities of him/her1.Assist the manager to plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects. 2.Contact with client, build client rapport and address their business requestRoles and Responsibilities:Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:Fully understand client's business needsPrioritize market research requirements , plan research projects and use of different data sources under the guide of manager Data analysis and assist manager to finish the reportSupervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independentlyCommunication with clients:Understand the clients business needs and apply them into research design and analysisDaily contact with client, address their ad-hoc requestBuild good relationship with clientRequired Skills:Attitude – responsible, independent, self-motivated, working under pressure, strong learning agilityPeople & Communication – Able to interact effectively with client and within the company. He/she also need to establish collaborative relationships with suppliers.Research Skills – Awareness of different market research methods with regard to advantages and disadvantages in collection of different market information. Has some experience of different kinds of research: concept and product test, U&A and tracking, etc.Experience – Minimum two years of experience in market research either from agency side or client side. Language – Good written and oral skills in English. He/she is able to write English report clearly and capable of daily communication with client in English. PC Literacy – Internet, MS office (esp. strong Powerpoint skill is needed). SPSS knowledge is preferred. Education – Bachelor and above, no specific requirement on the major. Marketing, advertising, sociology, psychology and statistics are preferred.
