Position SummaryGender: Female preferredThe responsibilities of him/her1.To plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects. 2.Contact with client, build client rapport and address their business requestRoles and Responsibilities:Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:-Fully understand client's business needs-Prioritize market research requirements ,write proposal to client, address their business and provide apprpriate research design-Do the focus group moderation and in-depth interview independently -Data analysis and assist director to finish the report-Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independentlyCommunication with clients:-Understand the clients business needs and apply them into research design and analysis-Daily contact with client, address their ad-hoc request-Build good relationship with clientRequired Skills:Attitude – responsible, independent, self-motivated, working under pressure, strong learning agilityPeople & Communication – Able to interact effectively with client and within the company. He/she also need to establish collaborative relationships with suppliers.Research Skills – Awareness of different market research methods with regard to advantages and disadvantages in achieving different research objectives. Has some experience of different kinds of research, e.g. concept and product test, U&A, ad test, etc.Experience – Minimum two years of experience in qualitative research Language – EXCELLENT written and oral skills in English. He/she is able to write English report clearly and capable of daily communication with client in English. PC Literacy – Internet, MS office (esp. strong Powerpoint skill is needed). Education – Bachelor and above. English, marketing, advertising, sociology and psychology are preferred.
