RESPONSIBILITYTaking care of the bookkeeping by maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and fixed assets in JDE-Issuing Sales invoices, maintaining the accounts receivables, taking care of collection-Maintaining the General ledger, booking manual JE’s, maintaining accruals -recording of expense reports and purchasing invoices and matching the latter to the receipt-recording of bank transactions, preparation of payment vouchers-Taking care of payroll administration Maintaining a monthly closing binder including all necessary reports and details of accountsResponsible for the monthly closing and reporting including but not limited to reconciliations, KPI reporting package, CAPEX Reporting, Sales Reporting, Headcount Reporting etc.Responsible for the preparation of the monthly supporting schedules and other ad-hoc reporting to headquarters in EuropeResponsible for the periodic reporting to the local authorities (SAFE, Tax bureau) & banksPrepare for the yearly audits from the tax authorities, SAFE and external group auditorsPrepare for the local PRC GAAP statutory reportingMaintain a good relationship with the local authorities in NanhuiSupport the finance manager in the establishment of the rolling forecasting and yearly budgeting process, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and Capital Investments; Being back-up for the Accountant E-beam SKILLS & PROFILEEducation - Bachelor Degree or similar through experienceExperience/skills - At least 5 years experience in Finance & Accounting- First Experience in performing the Monthly Closing- Basic knowledge of International GAAP - Fluent in Chinese with good knowledge in English- Excellent knowledge of ExcelProfile - Enthousiast- Analytical mind- Thorough & Accurate- Team-player- Hands-On- CommunicativeCRITICAL CONTACTSInternal - Finance Manager, Accountant, General Manager, Sales Manager- Corporate Finance Staff LeuvenExternal - Certified Accountants, Local Authorities, Banks
