Requirement1.University Degree and above major in Mechanical Engineering.2.More than 5 years experience in supplier quality processes and 2-3 years of cross-functional experience gained in another functional area. With experience in utilization and advanced (prevention oriented) quality management tools, more than 2 year' leadership experience.3.With the capability to negotiate and to operate in different culture.4.Familiar with TS16949, APQP,PPAP etc.5.Fluent English.6.With automotive experience and motor background is preferred.Responsibility1.Responsible leadership in task area.2.Define, plan, control the supplier related quality assurance and management activities within the guideline and strategy of corporate supplier quality assurance approach.3.with the task of ensuring the quality and commercial objectives in the area of responsibility to continuously increase the quality and productivity of our products in compliance with the Zero Tolerance for Defect Approach.
