Responsible for all aspects related Actia China Finance and Administration.Responsible for developing and implementing procedures, managing processes and systems related to ensure smooth and efficient Operation of the Company..Manage Finance Department to ensure that all Finance tasks are executed in a timely manner and according to Actia Group standards and procedures..Control the Company treasury (collection, payments, bank and petty cash, etc.). Ensure coordination with Actia Group Finance Management (France), and with other Actia subsidiaries. Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly accounts and payment of monthly salaries / allowances. Ensure the Company correct Information System adaptation and proficient use. Supervise relationship with Banks, Insurances, Tax Office and Government services. Ensure coordination with Sales administration and Logistics operationsRequirements:University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.Two years experience in a similar position.Knowledge of the Chinese work and fiscal legislation.Knowledge of accountancy, treasury management and budget management.Proficiency in MS Office software. Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail.Team working and multicultural team management experience.Synthesis, planning and organisation skills.Proficiency in written and spoken English
