职位要求:Job Description:Generalist1.In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR develop, manage and / or administer the organization’s recruitment, training, and employee relations programs. Recruitment – support China recruitment manager2.Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.3.Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.4.Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.5.Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.6.Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position. 7.Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities. Training & Development - support China Training and Development Manager8.Support training logistics, maintain and analyze organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs. 9.Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources. Employee Relationship & PDR10.Support on annual party, annual outing, employee representative meetings and other company activities11.Follow up China PDR process and provide consultation on employees’ questionsRequirements:1. Bachelor Degree and above2. Min 5 yrs related experience in multi-national company3. Be able to work under pressure4. Open-minded, quick-learner5. Good command of both written and spoken English
