| 职位要求： | Working location: Jiangyin 工作地点是江阴Job Description: 1. Maintain and implement the company's HR and Admin policies, regulations and procedures. 2. Ensures recruitment and selection according to company's business demand. 3. Implement appropriate personnel system including job review, performance management, training and development etc. 4. Ensures correct implementation of compensation & benefits systems. 5. Ensure adequate relations with Labor Union and foster positive social climate; discusses and resolves personnel problems. Foster open and adequate communication inside the plant. 6. Coach and training subordinates Requirements: 1. Job Holder needs to have a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years experience in HRM and at least 2 years of supervisor level in multi-national company. 2. Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law and local employment policies. 3. Her/his English is good, both oral and written to make sure to have smooth and good communication with the GM. 4. He/she is eager to learn new things and looks for improvements in all aspects relating to HR. Possesses some knowledge of other positions to be a good business partner. 5. He/she is a good listener with good communication and organization skills. 6. She/he needs to defend the standpoint of the management of company towards the employees. Trying to create an open, trust and good environment within the company. 7. She/he is very strict in implementation of procedures/ethical codes/good colleagueship and conveys this attitude to all new and existing employees. She is absolutely trustworthy and honest. 8. She/he is a good team builder and able to work with others.
