1.Achieve Sales Target 达成销售目标-realizes sales volume target; 实现销售量目标-works with customers to ensure the delivery of goods ordered without delay; 促进客户准时提货2.Achieve A/R target 达成应收账款目标-ensures that the customer pays on time and can explain why a customer would delay payment; 确保客户及时付款,并解释延迟付款的原因-proposes a payment plan for customers with cash flow problems; 制定现金流有问题的客户的付款计划3.Achieve sound customer relationship by providing technical and commercial supports 提供技术及商务服务建立良好客户关系-visits customers regularly to promote Bekeart and present selling points of product to customers, and understands thoroughly the key people and keeps good relationship with them; 定期拜访客户演讲宣传贝卡尔特公司及产品的卖点,全面了解客户的关键人员并建立良好关系-works closely with creel room managers, operators, technical, purchasing and administration staff so as to handle customer's complaint without delay;密切与压延房管理人员、操作人员、技术人员、采购人员和行政人员合作,及时处理客户投诉-manages TSO to work effectively and efficiently with designated customers;管理TSO能有效果地和有效率地与指定客户共同工作-proactively undertakes strip analysis for all steel cords to avoid processing problem;主动进行帘布分析,以避免钢帘线的加工问题-coordinates between customers and Bekaert for a solution to customer problem e.g. spec. handling, fast sample approval, etc.; 协调客户与贝卡尔特的沟通,促进客户问题解决方案的完成-assists customers to improve the turnover of inventory of Bekaert's products;协助客户管理库存,改进贝卡尔特产品的库存周转率4.Realize sustainable business growth 实现可持续的增长-develops action plan to maximize the market share in active and prospective customers;制定行动计划实现贝卡尔特在现有客户和潜在客户的市场份额最大化-upgrades product portfolio continuously to improve the competitive position of Bekaert in customers, e.g. new product introduction; 持续改善客户的贝卡尔特产品结构,以巩固贝卡尔特在客户的竞争地位,如“新产品介绍”5.Manages the return of packing materials 管理包装物退回-ensures timely return of packing materials; 确保包装材料的及时退回-ensures that packing materials return in good condition; 确保退回包装材料完好6.Own the responsibility of sales reporting, sales forecasting, and account profile 负责销售报告、销售预测、及客户档案-keeps sales reports complete and on-time delivered; 保持销售报告完整及时-updates account profiles continuously; 持续更新客户档案-tracks the status of sales and production of customers to propose accurate inputs for M+3, X+1, and X+3 sales forecasting;跟踪客户销售和生产,为M+3、Y+1、和Y+3销售预测提供准确的信息7.Engage in marketing intelligence 参与市场情报-monitors marketing and sales activity of competitors in customers, e.g. pricing, NPI, and cooperation project, etc.; 监控竞争对手的市场营销活动,如价格变动、新产品介绍、和与客户的合作项目-observes customer installation, technology and process setting to provide inputs for technical information system;观察客户的设备装置、技术和工艺设备状况,为客户技术信息系统提供资料Requirements:1. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years or above marketing experience, automobile industry with technical background preferred;本科学历,5年或以上市场销售经验,具有汽车行业的技术背景优先考虑2. Intrinsic result driven; 注重结果3.
