| 职位要求： | Your role:1. You take the lead in identifying and assessing new business development projects in close collaboration with various Business Units of the Group. This implies the analysis of market attractiveness, the elaboration of the value chain, industry analysis, SWOT analysis, etc… 2. You draw up and present a business case. 3. You explore and analyse attractive acquisition targets. 4. You develop a business plan, and the post-acquisition integration plan. 5. You coordinate the analysis of the technological capabilities in close collaboration with the Business Unit and the Bekaert Technology Center.6. You participate in the acquisition negotiations. 7. You coordinate the market and technological part of the due diligence process. 8. You present and defend the business cases and projects to the Bekaert Group Executive Committee (BGE). Your profile:1. You have a university degree, preferably with a strong technical background (MSc or BSc in Engineering) and you hold a business degree (MBA). 2. You have previous working experience in a business/financial environment (5-7 years). 3. You have a strong analytical mind. You are able to formulate well elaborated business proposals. 4. You have had some direct exposure to business development projects. 5. You are fluent in English and Mandarin. Any other languages are an asset.Your Competences:1.
