Job available 招聘岗位：1）Maintenance Manager设备维护经理Requirement:Technical competencies -Electro-mechanical (PLC) engineering fundamentals-5-10 years experience -Capability of understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and documentation, customer and company quality requirements-Competency and knowledge of theory and practice of modern manufacture technique particularly in the field of investment casting technique, quality control principles concepts and methods as applied to a high technology manufacturing operation-Have a fundamental understanding of a maintenance system and its development, documentation, and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements-Ability to deal with technical issues, analyze failures, determine cause &determine responsibility, initiate corrective action to ensure timely dispositions and effective root cause corrective action of problems-Ability to teach & instruct operators & other production personnel to preventing cause of installation and equipment damage and to complying with safety regulations / requirements-Generate, recommend and initiate the development of new maintenance management tools -Have a basic understanding of the audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-upScholarship / background-Master degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering-Knowledge of PLC and PC techniques,French language-CET 6 Responsibilities:-Maintain the plant installation and equipments in good conditions and performance to ensure production of castings will meet permanently the quality and schedule targets, according to the specifications provided by the suppliers and according to the national regulations-Establish, plan and implement preventive maintenance programs in coordination with the production teams to not affect the production capability and capacity-Execute or coordinate curative maintenance actions in dully and safe manner to minimize as much as possible the impact on the production quality and schedule-Interface installation or equipments suppliers for technical support on line / on site and monitor / control the repair or change or any maintenance operations-Record and keep track of all installation and equipment documentation-Maintain record of maintenance events and report periodic summary to the management-Propose appropriate maintenance training programs to raise knowledge according to the new / updated technologies in application at the plant-Manage and anticipate the need of spare parts and components required to support the critical plant installation and equipment in coordination with purchasing and production teams-Propose and support continuous improvement activities including development / purchase of tools or machine or equipment for better maintenance efficiency and management -Enforce and make sure the safety conditions are applied while a maintenance operation is required and are still in place after any maintenance operation-Train and educate the production people in order to prevent damage by misuse or mishandling of the installation and equipments thus minimizing maintenance operations and cost-Propose any solution to reduce maintenance costs-Participate to subcontractor installation and equipment audit and survey请将个人中英文简历接发到以下邮箱或者传真到我司。联系人：Gerard Lavigne（蓝伟业先生） / 丁筑林小姐联系电话/传真：0851-7990199 / 7990188E-MAIL：gerard.lavigne@snecma.fr zhulin.ding@snecma-xy.cn
