Finance Manager 财务经理Requirement: -College and above degree, major in Finances and Accounting related, with possession of accounting certification. -5 year working experiences in foreign invested manufacturing companies CET-6 qualification. Ability to communicate in English (spoken & written), good communication and inter-personal skill in daily work Familiar with Excel, Word etc office software, adequate knowledge of ERP system. -Familiar with bank procedure and bank note Good team member and be hardworking and responsible. -Willing and be prepared to accept the start up challenge.Responsibilities:-Set up and establish financial systems from scratch in a new multinational WFOE manufacturing company in Guizhou, in accordance with the PRC related regulations, directions of SAFRAN Group and Snecma and the General Manager. -Manage and report the financial resources of the Company in accordance with the direction of the General Manager following the Companies and Groups financial policies, in accordance with the PRC regulations,-Assist the General Manager to deal with banking institutions Oversee annual PRC and IAS statutory audits and reporting activities.-Implement the General Manager’s annual business plans within the Company.-Lead the process of annual forecast preparation and review, under the guidance of the General Manager, in accordance with the Board directions.-Establish monthly and other reports in PRC and IAS formats as required under the General Manager’s direction.
