Main Responsibilities:-Translate, deliver, collect and archive documents and message in time-Schedule company meetings, interpret in the meetings and prepare meeting minutes-Assist other department to translate or interpret-Arrange General Manager's schedule and meetings, book air ticket and hotel for his business trip-Receive visitors and provide administration support-Manage company cars and drivers and keep records-Keep company documents, apply for or renew company business license and related documents-Assist Finance to finish annual audit by government-Maintain relationship with shareholders and government officersCapabilities and requirements:-Bachelor Degree, majored in Administration or equivalent, above 3-year working experience-Strong ability in speaking and writing for both Chinese and English, CET 6 or above-Use MS OFFICE very well-Proactive, optimistic, strong ability in communication and time management, good team player, good learner-Familiar with secretary or administration work, familiar with process and regulations of company business license application-Familiar with company process, understand requirements from quality system and HSE system for this position very well地址：嘉定区安亭镇园耀路168号、邮编：201805
